Please note this important term and condition for 2012!
Cleaning Fee:
The facilities are meticulously cleaned to
our high standards after each guest. If
you leave the cabin in a condition that creates excessive cleaning, you
will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.
Examples of when the cleaning fee might be assessed:
Cleaning and/or cooking fish and leaving fish remnants around the area.
This creates a wildlife hazard for other guests.
Leaving soiled pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils on
counters or sinks.
Please be respectful of the next guests and
leave the cabin in a condition similar to the one you found when you
arrived.

Reservations are accepted and booked on a
first come first served basis. All finalized reservations must be secured with
either a Visa or Master Card. Your card will not be charged until the first day
of your reservation.

Finalized reservations are a commitment to accept accommodations.
Cancellations 60 days prior to your arrival are fully refundable, less 10%. Cancellations inside 30
days of your reservation date are refundable ONLY if we are able to rebook your space, less 10%. There are no partial refunds for late
arrivals or early departures.

Domestic animals are
not permitted in the rental unit.

Wrap and deposit
waste in containers provided. Bears, which may be present in the area, are
attracted to garbage improperly stored. Fish should be cleaned in
facilities provided at the park areas.

Facilities
are available for smoking outside the cabin, as smoking is not permitted
inside.

|
|
|
Maid service is not
provided during your stay. Additional
clean linens and bedding are provided.
Please
wash all dishes and cookware and return them to their proper storage
areas.

Check out time is
11:00 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm. Early check in or late check may
be available with prior approval. Please inform us if you require
additional time.

is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Responsibility is
only accepted for valuables given to the hosts for safe keeping and for
which a receipt is obtained.
